For me fitness isn’t just about exercise, it’s about health and well-being. I’ve never been particularly sporty, but I have always been interested in nutrition, rehabilitation and health longevity. Your body’s functional ability will change over time, physically and mentally and I love using exercise to help support people through all of life’s challenges. I have a degree in Occupational Therapy and enjoy finding creative and adaptive solutions to maximise your health and fitness potential.
