We look after our physical well-being by visiting the gym or going to a class, which in itself has huge benefits. But we want you to celebrate this healthy body through adventure! For the past few years, we have been taking groups of Fitlifers on adventures big and small. From conquering the national 3 peaks (Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike in 24 hours) to evening trail runs and wild swims.
We have seen the effect these adventures have had on people. As humans, we have digressed in how we connect to nature and how we perceive what it is to be a human being. To feel truly alive, we must embrace the wild and move our bodies.
