I quit the corporate world in 2016 to travel to New Zealand, which further invigorated my love for being physically active. I spent a year working at an animal rescue sanctuary, moving and being outdoors for most of the day and hiking on my weekends off. We didn’t have a TV, so I would spend evenings creating spin playlists that I imagined playing in my own class one day! I continued to make lifestyle changes to help me feel better about myself from the inside out. When I returned to the UK in 2018, I took a leap of faith and signed up to complete my Spin Instructor training and found my Fitlife family a couple of months later!
