Our Pilates classes are focused on improving your flexibility, building core strength and developing stabilisation throughout your entire body.You will feel the burn in your muscles whilst keep impact low and in a nice calming environment. Think abs and glutes here as we make sure every class gets them firing up.  Pilates is a great class to help support your body in other activities an keep you injury free. We focus on optimal alignment in these mat-based classes.
