Boxing


This class is not for the faint hearted. This is a double dose of HIIT training, using boxing bags and bodyweight exercises.Think Combat and HIIT. You will learn techniques and boxing combos within the warm up so that you are ready for what the class throws at you. In this class you have the chance to go crazy with a round on the bag, followed by a round of awesome body weight exercises. You do not need any previous boxing or martial arts experience to be part of this class and enjoy it, we’ve got your back. The 45 minutes will absolutely fly by in this one and we guarantee to get your heart rate up. Use almost every muscle in the body and really burn off some steam in this class. Expect to feel exhilarated and stress free after FIGHT class.
