Flow is Fitlife's yoga class. Yoga has become a big part of Fitlife, largely down to Philippa who has been an instructor at Fitlife since day 1. She has over 10 years of experience and the reason we love her so much is her relaxed approach and relatable character. She has a way of making you feel relaxed even if holding a downward dog makes you shake in places you didn't know existed.
