All of our instructor team are experts in welcoming first timers into spin and will help you set up your bike, teach you how to use the resistance dial correctly and make sure you're comfortable before the class begins. Even if you just want to sit and enjoy the studio without peddling, that's cool with us. Zero judgement, ever!

Flow:

Flow is Fitlife's yoga class. Yoga has become a big part of Fitlife, largely down to Philippa who has been an instructor at Fitlife since day 1. She has over 10 years of experience and the reason we love her so much is her relaxed approach and relatable character. She has a way of making you feel relaxed even if holding a downward dog makes you shake in places you didn't know existed. We have followed this yoga teacher ethos throughout and all of our instructors are incredibly beginner friendly.
